How to use these numbers to measure a specific dose.

Let’s say you want a 20mg dose of Golden Teacher. We can see that golden teacher has a potency 4.710mg of psilocin per 1 gram of dried fruit. If you divide the dose by the potency, you will get the weight of dried fruit required for the expected dose. This is what the equation for our example looks like: 20 / 4.710 = 4.246. The result is 4.246, meaning that you will need to weigh 4.2 grams of dried fruit. One more time using Bluey: 20 / 15.50 = 1.290. A 20mg dose of Golden is 4.2 grams of mushroom, while a 20mg dose of Bluey is 1.29 grams of dried mushrooms.
